Need more chairs or tables? Not a problem! More tables, chairs, and linens are available to rent for an extra charge: $5 per chair, $8 per table, and $12 per linen.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, there is a refundable security deposit of $500. Additionally, 50% of price must be paid at the time of contract signing. Full balance payment and proof of insurance are due 30 days before your event.

Catering
For events at Bonne Terre, there are two catering options: in-house or outside catering from our preferred caterers list.
Option 1: In-House Caterer
The first catering option is to use our in-house caterer, John Woods. John is a seasoned veteran in the catering world. He will work with you to make the best menu for your day! Right now, there is a $500 discount if you choose him. John’s can be reached at 901-634-3866.
Option 2: Preferred Caterer
The second option is to use an outside caterer from our preferred vendor list. We have that list not because they make us money, but because we’ve vetted many caterers over the years and have chosen the best in the area that have shown to have great food and great service at every wedding!
Bar
We provide the bartenders and the alcohol, you just pick your bar option!
Option 1: Cash Bar
This option costs $300. Your guests will have access to a cash bar with beer ($4), mixed drinks ($6), and wine ($8).
Option 2: Dollar Limit
This option is $300, then you give us a limit for how much you want to spend on the bar. When we reach that limit it turns into a cash bar. A 10% gratuity will be added for the bartender.
Option 3: $17 Per Person Unlimited
This is your final head count (including wedding party) times 17. It will be an open bar for 4 hours. A 10% gratuity will be added for the bartender. Payment is due a week before the wedding.
For safety reasons, there are no shots allowed.
